Hip new hotel with competent staff at the reception desk. Incredibly comfortable location right next to the river and particularly good area. Besides, excellent for visiting Ria de Aveiro.

Had central location right next to the river. What's more, it was really close to the center of town, restaurants and activities, and the main areas of interest in the town. The breakfast was superb and very good, the food was good!

Great and unbeatable location in good area, just next door to the square, the main attractions and the boats that go up-and-down the canals. Again, not far from Ria de Aveiro.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location adjacent to shops, reataurants, and area sites, for example Costa Nova, which is worth a trip, and canals and town centre, only 5 minutes walk from Forum Aveiro Shopping Mall. Delicious breakfast with frothy nespresso coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks waiting for us in our room upon arrival. The room itself was a good size with plenty of space for our luggage. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The cleanliness and hygiene measures were top-notch, making us feel safe during these times. The receptionist was very helpful in providing information about local attractions. The buffet breakfast had a variety of fresh options, particularly the cold items. we had a charming experience at this hotel in a charming town.

Good location very close to the centre of Aveiro. Comfortable room with kitchen and coffee/tea facilities.

Very clean, comfortable hotel within a short walk of central Aveiro. Well equipped. Kitchenette suitable for longer stays, though I didn't need it.

Lift was out of order. Considering the room space wa pretty large, the shower was really cramped - useable, but not the place to swing a cat.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at this charming hotel. The small touches like the water bottle and chocolates by the pillows made us feel truly pampered. The location was ideal, right by the canal and moliceiros stop, allowing us to easily explore Aveiro. The staff was attentive and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the later checkout time, giving us more time to enjoy our stay. we would highly recommend this hidden gem for a delightful stay in Aveiro.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to the city centre and easy to reach from the highway.

The price is too high for what is offered.If you are a tall person, please note that some rooms have really low doors, like 190 cm. Lady at check-in appeared to be the breakfast waittress, who was replacing the boss at that time.. She did not speak any English or Spanish at all, check-in was therefore very slow and even quite unfriendly. Make sure that you get the boss when you check in.

The hotel is extremely convenient, has very helpful staff on the reception desk. It has perfect central location adjacent to the main bus stop. The breakfast is delicious and great, available with cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee.

Perfect position so close to canal and moliceiros, especially local restaurants, and the centre, wonderful views. Nicely decorated and new-fashioned room with a mini-bar, central heating and an electronic key card.

Amazing location in front of the river. Close to restaurants, pastry shops, shopping, and the Canal and the stop of moliceiros. Beautifully maintained and compact units with a double bed + 2 single beds.
